How Does It Work?
Each bar or restaurant is listed alphabetically in the book and the name is visible on the side of the page. It gives patrons an easy way to find the establishment in the book. Once on a page, the consumer presents the book to staff, to date the “Passport” in the date box provided and give them the deal. It’s that simple! With different offers available for each establishment, it encourages repeat visits since the book can only be used once per day, per book, per person.
Madcity Cocktails passport is good all year long and brings in new faces to fill your booths and barstools from January 1st until New Years!
How much does it cost to have an advertisement in the book?
Each partnership fee is $500 (entire year). This fee includes:
- Half page b/w ad feature 2 or 3 BOGO drink deals. An optional 3rd deal can be changed to a food offer.
- 20 books free that retail for $25 (20 X $25 = $500) that you can choose to sell to recoup the cost or give away.
- Sold here poster
- An exclusive scavenger hunt feature photo. Patrons try to find and match the correct item from your place to your bar’s picture in the book. At the end of the year, each found scavenger item can be redeemed for raffle tickets at the Madcity Cocktail launch party where they could win up to $250.
What are the benefits of this program?
Increase traffic, awareness, visibility & profits! By partnering with 100’s of other our bars and restaurants offering similar discounts on drinks and food gives more marketing exposure. Each year over 100 merchants are working for your establishment by promoting the book you’re in to their patrons. Restaurants benefit from our program because people redeeming a drink offer almost always enjoy a meal too!
Extra social media exposure is also a must in today’s day and age. Instagram, Facebook, email and our website are just a few areas that your bar or restaurant will get EXTRA hits, likes and followers. MadCity Cocktails has a large email database in addition to a huge presence online with Facebook and Instagram. We constantly “like” or share our merchants Facebook posts to increase your exposure.
